Rates
You may pay for your counseling sessions by cash, check, Visa or Master Card on the day of your appointment.  Please contact my office for specific rate information.

Insurance
Please check with your insurance provider for specific benefits related to counseling, as well as the designated
co-pay for "specialists". 

Phone Consultations
Phone consultations or "remote" therapy sessions are available, and are billed at the normal office rate.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
